This trip I travelled with Emirates Airlines and their wi-fi was out all day in the business class lounge! So I sat for 13 hours waiting and just catching up on my notes alone. I must say however, the Emirates lounge is one of the best I’ve seen - great food as well.

Dr Larry Payne from Another Night Shift offered some fabulous help for me and my fellow travellers.

Listen in as Dr Larry tells me what to do (and not do) to survive jet lag and the problems facing frequent travelers. Larry is a great guy and does a terrific job with his podcast given the limited time he has (saving lives takes priority folks)!
